Order Processing Time
Wishlantern.com pride ourselves on our exceptional levels of customer service. We work hard to be amoung the best online retailers across the USA. Any orders placed by 12:00 p.m.CT (Mon-Fri) ship on the same day! This excludes holidays and weekends. Shipping Methods
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout stage and added to your cart. When you make payment we start processing and aim to get the order to you as soon as possible.
Important: If you are unsure about a shipping charge selection or have questions please Stop the Order and Email us at sales@wishlantern.com, Do Not proceed to checkout, refunds will Not be made on shipping charges.
- Ground shipping usually takes 4-5 days to deliver to most states. Home delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday up to 7.00 pm.
- Orders placed after 12.00 noon CST weekday or on weekends for overnight, second day or three day do not ship till the following business day. Second and three day shipping options will deliver on the second or third business day (do not count the day it is shipped)- and does not deliver on Saturdays. Please note that our "Overnight Delivery" option does not guarantee a Saturday delivery, it will be delivered on the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation from Wishlantern.com when your order ships, it will contain the the tracking number. Please note that a physical street address is required as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
